Meet your counselor Tracie Bren-Clegg

Tracie Bren-Clegg, LPC-MH, QMHP

I am a dedicated licensed therapist committed to supporting you on your journey towards healing and personal growth. I have worked with a variety of clients seeking to make positive changes in their lives for over 17 years. I specialize in creating a safe and compassionate space where you can explore challenges, gain insights, and discover effective coping strategies.

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I believe in tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs, empowering you to overcome obstacles and achieve your personal goals.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere where your concerns are heard with empathy and respect. Together, we will explore patterns of thinking and behavior that may be holding you back, and work towards fostering positive change and personal growth. My goal is to help you build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and develop skills.

Meet your counselor Ashley Siebrasse

Ashley Siebrasse, MS, LPC

I believe everyone deserves a safe space to heal and grow from life experiences without fear of judgement. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and turn insight into actionable steps. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful and lasting change comes from feeling fully seen and accepted, paired with practical tools to move forward.

I enjoy working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, eating and body image concerns, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed, honoring the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of your experience. I integrate evidence-based methods like Mindfulness-based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, which provides a balance of structure and flexibility in our work together.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I love to travel, explore creative outlets, and take long walks with my dogs. These practices help remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and stepping outside of my comfort zone.

I work with couples and individuals ages 18 and up and I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, South Dakota Medicaid, Health Partners, Sanford and cash pay clients.
